Protection for those who take a stand.
Solidarity-based training concepts for NGOs, democratic initiatives, and educational institutions. Because an open society relies on resilient defenders of democracy.
The Mission
In my work as an instructor, I witness every day how a sense of physical safety fundamentally transforms a person's self-confidence and presence. This feeling of sovereignty must not be reserved exclusively for those who can afford premium personal training.
Especially today, people who dedicate their professional or volunteer lives to standing up against extremism and promoting diversity are increasingly targeted and put under pressure. Through this initiative, my goal is to have their backs.
I want to empower those who protect our open society - equipping them with the physical and mental resilience they need to continue their vital work safely.
Safety is a fundamental right, not a privilege!
Prevention & Values
Over 10 Years of Experience in Schools.
Trust requires a proven track record, especially when working with vulnerable groups.
For over a decade, I have regularly partnered with schools and educational institutions across Berlin.
In these formats, the objective is never about teaching students how to fight.
It is about building a foundation for a tolerant society:
Violence Prevention & Anti-Bullying
Learning to read body language, de-escalate verbal attacks, and recognize conflicts before they turn physical.
Self-Efficacy & Boundaries
Showing young people that they are resilient, that their voice matters, and that they have the absolute right to set personal boundaries.
Instilling Respect & Values
Using physical movement to teach respect, discipline, and tolerance as the non-negotiable baseline of our coexistence.
Case Study:
Empowering Educators
A look inside our collaborative seminars for teachers and social workers.
We understand that professionals in the educational and social sectors face unique challenges involving aggression and conflict.
This archive footage from a two-day seminar with the educational organization Zukunftsbau perfectly captures our training philosophy. It showcases the relaxed, cooperative, and safe atmosphere we create for teams who already carry a heavy mental load in their daily work. The focus here is not on martial arts, but on building self-efficacy, teamwork, and practical de-escalation skills in a supportive environment.
Two Paths of Support: Fairness & Solidarity
To ensure my support has a long-term and sustainable impact, I differentiate my offerings based on the financial structure of your organization. My goal is never to turn anyone away due to a lack of funds, but also to focus resources where they are needed most.
Please self-assess before submitting your request.
Option A:
The Subsidized Rate
(NGO & Education)
"We have a budget, but it is limited."
For Whom:
Schools, state institutions, established associations, foundations, and youth welfare organizations that have access to regular funding, grants, or membership fees.
The Offer:
You receive my training at a heavily subsidized daily rate, significantly below standard corporate pricing. This enables a fair partnership that values my work while remaining affordable for your organization.
The Process:
Simple scheduling and standard invoicing.
Option B:
The Solidarity Quota
(Pro Bono)
"We operate entirely on a volunteer basis and have no funding."
For Whom:
Grassroots initiatives, small political activist groups, acute emergency relief projects (e.g., refugee aid), and organizations facing specific threats but lacking any institutional funding.
The Offer:
Every year, I allocate a fixed time quota for free, pro-bono seminars. These are cross-financed through my consulting work with corporate clients (the "Robin Hood" principle).
The Process:
Since these spots are strictly limited, I ask for a brief outline of your situation. I allocate these dates based on urgency and the current level of threat your team is facing.
What We Train - And What We Don't
A frequent concern among civil society groups is that safety training requires adopting an aggressive or militaristic mindset. At Krav Maga Berlin, the exact opposite is true. Our goal is not to train fighters, but to build resilient, sovereign individuals who can navigate high-stress situations safely.
Tactical De-escalation: We teach you how to use verbal communication and precise body language to defuse aggressive situations—whether at an information booth, during a protest, or on your way home.
"Safe Exit" Strategies: Evasion is always the primary goal. You will learn highly effective, simple techniques to break free from physical confrontation and extract yourself safely, without engaging in a fight.
Team Protection Protocols: How do we look out for one another? We establish clear protocols so your team can act cohesively and protect each other when targeted.
No Military Drill: We do not yell, and we do not force anyone beyond their limits. Our training is strictly trauma-sensitive. We provide a guaranteed Safe Space where personal boundaries are respected at all times. We train for empowerment, never for aggression.
Corporate Leaders:
Your Booking Creates Social Impact
Are you an HR manager, executive, or team lead looking for high-end resilience training?
By booking a Corporate Solution seminar with Krav Maga Berlin, you are doing more than just investing in the stress competence and leadership skills of your employees. You are directly enabling this pro-bono work.
A percentage of all corporate revenues actively funds the Solidarity Quota for underfunded NGOs and activists. Strengthen your team’s resilience while simultaneously protecting those who defend our democratic values. This is your CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) in action.
