By strictly capping our groups at a maximum of 6 people, we maintain the elite standard of private consulting while harnessing the power of a trusted group dynamic. You still receive highly individualized feedback, direct physical training with me in every single session, and the guarantee of a completely safe, respectful environment.

How the Cohort Works

1. Your Dedicated Training Day

To build trust and ensure a consistent group dynamic, you commit to one fixed training day per week. You can choose to join either the Monday cohort or the Thursday cohort. Consistency is the key to mastering the "Mental Pivot" under stress.


2. Direct Coaching Guarantee

In a group of only six, you will never get lost in the crowd. I am able to monitor your individual progress closely, correct your mechanics personally, and hold the pads for you directly during stress drills.


3. Commitment & Predictability

Real transformation takes time and a committed group. Therefore, the Team Training operates on a rolling basis with a fair 3-month cancellation period. This ensures that the group remains stable, focused, and dedicated to mutual growth.

  • Not at all. Because the group is strictly capped at six people, I can scale the intensity and technical difficulty individually for every participant. We start exactly where you are, ensuring you are constantly challenged but never overwhelmed.

  • Absolutely. Finding the right environment is crucial. It is highly important to me that the "vibe" is a perfect fit - you need to feel completely comfortable with the group dynamic, the space, and my teaching style.

    Your first session is completely free of charge and comes with zero obligations. Afterward, you can take your time to decide if the weekly Team Cohort is the right path for you, or if you would prefer to explore the highly individualized approach of our 1-on-1 Premium Personal Training.

  • You will be training alongside like-minded individuals - from executives and creatives to NGO professionals and students - who share your desire for a highly respectful, ego-free environment. There is no "tough-guy" posturing here. We train to protect ourselves and support each other.

  • Comfortable athletic wear and maybe a towel. All professional protective gear (pads, gloves) will be provided by me.

  • Consistency is the foundation of this program. However, if you are traveling or sick, you can occasionally join the other day if a spot is open, though this is not guaranteed due to the strict 6-person limit.

  • Yes, you can request to switch your permanent training day from Monday to Thursday (or vice versa), subject to availability. Since spots are strictly limited to six, this depends on whether a spot opens up in the other cohort.
